North Coast Ohio Chapter

At our January meeting members enjoyed a pizza treat along with delicious cookies for dessert. Thanks Jack, Mike, and Joyce! Our President, Josh Kucia led the discussion for this year's calendar events. We're looking forward to the following activities: May 2nd Dust-Off, June 19th Poker Run, July 25th Club Picnic, and our All Pontiac Car Show August 1st. The featured car was Joyce Pinchot's all original 1965 Bonneville. When thinking about purchasing a new car, Joyce noticed that all the guys in her neighborhood drove Chevys. Liking to be different, she decided to look at Pontiacs. She enjoyed cruising with her twin sister and her friend, so her first option was a bucket seat so they could all sit in the front. Other options include a 4-speed transmission, a 389 4-barrel and posi traction. The Bonneville also has a reverb radio for listening to those old-time rock-n-roll songs. Joyce drives her pride and joy only in the warm weather months. Today, with just 18,000 miles on the car Joyce can boast that she is the original owner of this classic, beautiful 1965 Bonneville.
